For years, fans had been waiting for Frank Ocean to drop a new album and he has finally released his latest album, which is titled “Blonde.” Apart from the fact that the album is highly-anticipated, it managed to take the rap world and Twitter by storm because of one particular song that features Andre 3000, who can be heard rapping a couple of bars. The song has not just shook things up merely because of Andre’s surprise appearance, but also because of whom his verse his directed at. As Twitter users quickly noticed, Andre seems to be dissing Drake, whose Air Jordan 12 OVO “White” has been postponed.
One of the reasons Frank’s song has been getting so much attention is the fact that Andre 3000 very rarely agrees to appear on another musician’s album. It did not take Twitter long to realize that in a portion of his bars, he is actually referring to Drake. While Drake had the upper hand and had stood tall during his beef with Meek Mill not too long ago, it will not be easy for Drizzy to respond to Andre 3000. He is likely not very pleased with Jordan Brand’s latest decision either.
The Air Jordan 12 OVO “White” was scheduled to be one of July 2016’s Jordan releases, but it is obvious that the sneaker did not the shelves next year. Twitter user ! is the one who has brought this update that Jordan Brand posted the release of the Air Jordan 12 OVO “White” indefinitely. The earlier release date of the sneaker was reportedly July 30th, but Jordan Brand never dropped it on that date. According to the tweet, the sneaker is going to eventually arrive at retailers, but it will not be until the first quarter (Q1) of next year. Thus, the Air Jordan 12 OVO “White” will now make its retail debut in the first quarter of 2017.
