Over the course of winning six NBA championships while as a member of Chicago Bulls, Michael Jordan had rocked seven different Air Jordan models on those auspicious occasions. These silhouettes were the Air Jordan 6, Air Jordan 7, Air Jordan 8, Air Jordan 11, Air Jordan 12, Air Jordan 13, and the Air Jordan 14. Thus, Jordan Brand decided to whip up a single model to all six of those NBA championship victories, which Michael Jordan accomplished, and that is how the Air Jordan 6 Rings came to be. Jordan Brand borrowed the most identifiable design elements from the mentioned silhouettes, combining them into the Air Jordan 6 Rings.
The official-looking photos of this brand new GS-exclusive colorway of the Air Jordan 6 Rings accompanying this post were shared by Renarts.com. This colorway is being referred to as “Pink Flash.” Its mudguards are made up tumbled leather and its uppers are predominantly dressed up in Pure Platinum. Its straps inspired by the Air Jordan 8 and its midsole units inspired by the Air Jordan 13 are both covered in Black. Finally, its heel tabs and tongues feature Pink Flash-colored detailing, which is the hue it gets its nickname from.
Renarts is among the very few select shops that already have this Air Jordan 6 Rings GS “Pink Flash” available, but it is not available elsewhere yet. In fact, there has not even been any confirmation when this sneaker will make its retail debut on Nike.com, but they will in the near future.
