In case sneakerheads do not recall, Jordan Brand dropped the Air Jordan 9 Low “Pantone” on June 11th, 2016. The leather uppers of the sneaker were dressed up entirely in the Pantone hue, while its heels and mudguards featured textured leather overlays, also covered in the same. The only exception was the contrasting, pure White that appeared over the midsoles, outsoles and heel “23” branding, while the“Jumpman” logo on each heel and the inner linings were Black-colored. Spring Air Jordan releases 2017 are also scheduled to included an Air Jordan 6 GS “Pantone” as well, which will not be too different from last year’s Air Jordan 9 Low.
Last but not least is the Air Jordan 7 “Pantone” seen in the photo accompanying this post that was shared by on Instagram. Much like all of the “Pantone” colorways mentioned above and others from the past, this upcoming Air Jordan 7 iteration shares a similar color scheme. Predominantly, its uppers appear to be made up of nubuck and seem to be dressed up in University Blue. It is also apparently equipped with Metallic Silver-colored lace tips, while its soles are entirely covered in clean White, much like the “Jumpman” logo that can be spotted on each ankle area.
It turns out that this sneaker will be available in both adult and GS-exclusive, but so far only the price of the regular sized pairs seems to have been revealed, which will apparently be $190. This Air Jordan 7 “Pantone” is scheduled to become available at select Jordan brand and Nike retailers on April 29th and onwards.
