2016 is almost over and 2017 is just around the corner, so it is just about the right time for sneakerheads to get an idea of what to expect from upcoming Air Jordan releases in the near future. Sneakerheads probably already know that the Air Jordan 15 “Stealth” is returning next year, but there are several other sneakers from Jordan Brand’s Spring 2017 lineup that were revealed in recent times.
It seems that many of Jordan Brand’s Spring 2017 releases revolve around the Air Jordan 6 and the Air Jordan 12, while Air Jordan 8 will also apparently arrive at retailers once again. Apparently, the highlight of the Spring 2017 lineup will be the “All-Star” colorway of the Air Jordan Retro, which will supposedly feature the classic “Nike Air” branding. Both the Air Jordan 6 and the Air Jordan 8 will also be receiving the “Alternate” treatment, although there have been no hints or news regarding the themes behind these colorways.
While 2016 seemed to be the year of the Air Jordan 12, apparently its low-top form may end up taking the spotlight in 2017. Apart from the Air Jordan 12 Low arriving in a “Playoff” colorway similar to that of its high-top counterpart, Jordan Brand will also drop a “Georgetown” colorway of the low-top silhouette. All in all, this is merely a summary of Jordan Brand’s Spring 2017 lineup and with plenty of more to be revealed in the coming months, so keep checking back for more news and updates about Air Jordan releases.
