There are likely plenty of sneakerheads, especially the small-footed ones, who are fans of everything that has to do with the Air Jordan 1. Earlier this month, Jordan Brand dropped a “Bright Citrus/Wolf Grey” colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Mid exclusively for sneakerheads who wear GS sizes. Its uppers were made up of pebbled leather, dressed up in the Wolf Grey hue that covers its inner linings, laces and tongues. Along with all-White midsoles, Bright Citrus appears over its Nike Swoosh logos, outsoles and tongues. Jordan Brand seems to have whipped another brand new, similar-looking adult-sized Air Jordan 1 Mid colorway that has already made its retail debut.
Jordan Brand obviously seems to have no intention of ceasing their Air Jordan 1 Mid releases. Even by the end of 2016, Jordan Brand dropped two brand new colorways of the silhouette. One of the two was a versatile “Sequoia” colorway that had uppers dressed up in a color scheme resembling that of the upcoming Air Jordan 8 “Take Flight.” The other one was an all-White rendition of the Air Jordan 1 Mid. Its leather uppers were dressed up in a tonal White hue that also appears over the sneaker’s inner linings, Jordan “Wings” branding, Nike “Swoosh” logos and outsoles.
The latest iteration of the Air Jordan 1 Mid is somewhat similar to the two mentioned above. It is somewhat monochromatic and tonal since it is entirely Grey-colored. This may seem like one of Jordan Brand’s more ordinary, regular Jordan releases, but this Air Jordan 1 Mid has uppers made up of premium leather. Its uppers are predominantly dressed up in Wolf Grey, with the only exception being the Nike “Swoosh” logos on the sides, which are covered in the darker Cool Grey hue. It is also equipped with all-White midsoles while its outsoles are covered in the same Wolf Grey hue as its uppers.
Furthermore, this does not seem to be a GS-exclusive release, so every sneakerhead will be able to lace up in this colorway. This tonal, Grey-colored Air Jordan 1 Mid has already hit the shelves at select, nationwide Jordan Brand and Nike retailers, and each pair is retailing for $110.
