The Kobe 9 & 10 “Black Mamba/FTB” Are Arriving On The Same Day

As February neared its conclusion, news began spreading that Nike would be commemorating Kobe Bryant’s farewell to the sport of basketball with a “Fade To Black” Collection. By the end of March, Nike finally unveiled the assemblage of Kobe’s signature models, which are collectively also being referred to as the “Black Mamba” Pack. In fact, the collection includes thirteen of Kobe’s signature silhouettes, which includes the two unofficial Huarache 2k4 and the 2008 Hyperdunk OG. These two models date back to when Kobe had first signed with Nike back in 2003 soon after he terminated his partnership with adidas. Nike Once Again Draws Inspiration From Bruce Lee’s Films For This Kobe 11

Near the end of the 1973 martial arts “Enter The Dragon,” Han uses his artificial metallic claws to leaves claw marks/scars on the face of Bruce Lee’s character. In the 1972 Hong Kong martial arts film “The Game of Death,” Bruce Lee (whilst clad in a black and yellow jumpsuit) fights the 7 foot 2 inch Kareem Abdul-Jabbar who used to play for Milwaukee Bucks. When the Nike Zoom Kobe 5 was unveiled in 2009, it turned out to be inspired by elements from both those films. The Nike release 2016 of the debuting inaugural “Achilles Heel” rendition of Kobe Bryant’s latest eleventh on-court signature basketball sneaker model took place quite recently. The inspiration for the very first Nike Kobe 11 colorway came both from Achilles, the Greek hero, and Kobe Bryant’s Achilles heel injury that cut his 2013 season short. Soon after introducing the Kobe 11 “Achilles Heel,” Nike added another colorway of the silhouette to their 2016 Black History Collection, which will hit the shelves very soon. Nike has been paying tribute to Black History Month ever since 2005, introducing some of the most creative and ingenious collection of kicks every year in order to commemorate this annual observance. Considering that this year’s BHM Collection will mark the Nike release 2016 of 14 different kicks over the course of January and February, it is obvious that Nike has gone all out in 2016. Despite Kobe Bryant’s Upcoming Retirement Nike Drops The New Zoom Kobe Icon Model

Earlier this week, the Nike sneakers release 2016 of the Kobe 11 finally took place. Kobe Bryant’s latest and supposedly final, eleventh on-court signature sneaker model recently hit the shelves in its debuting “Achilles Heel” colorway. However, it turns out that the Kobe 11 is not the last signature silhouette they have designed for and inspired by the Black Mamba because they just went ahead and introduced a brand new one. No doubt, the Kobe 11 does appear to borrow and draw quite a bit from its predecessors, in which case perhaps Jordanheads might find the new takedown model more singular and unique.
