Sneakerheads reading this may or may not remember the Air Jordan 17 OG Low “All-Stars” or “Lightning,” which made its retail debut at a price of $150 on June 1st, 2002. Around that time, i.e. during the 2001–02 NBA season, Michael Jordan was dominating in the league after suddenly returning to the sport and was constantly making headlines. Michael Jordan actually rocked the Air Jordan 17 Low “Lightning” during the 2002 All-Star Game, which included an astonishing setback when MJ missed a wide-open dunk.
